PayID — How It Works (and Why Our Partners Don't List It)
PayID is Australia's real-time payment system, operated by the New Payments Platform (NPP). It links your phone number or email address to your bank account, allowing instant or near-instant transfers between participating banks.
Where a casino supports PayID, it can mean:
- Faster settlement: near-instant transfers between participating banks once the casino releases the money
- No BSB/account number needed: The casino sends to your PayID (phone or email)
- Zero fees: PayID transfers between Australian banks are free
- AUD only: Funds arrive in Australian dollars — no conversion needed
How to Set Up PayID
- Open your banking app (CBA, ANZ, Westpac, NAB, or any NPP-participating bank)
- Go to Settings > PayID (or Payments > PayID)
- Register your mobile number or email as your PayID
- Link it to the account you want to receive funds in
- Done — use it at casinos that list PayID
All major Australian banks support PayID: Commonwealth Bank, ANZ, Westpac, NAB, Macquarie, ING, Bendigo Bank, Suncorp and others. None of our three partners (Crikey7, Bonza7, Dinkum33) lists PayID as a payment method (checked September 2026), so you will withdraw by bank transfer there.

Common Issues and Solutions
Bank blocking the transaction
Some Australian banks flag incoming transfers from offshore gambling operators. If your withdrawal does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact your bank first — the payment may be held for review. Most banks release it after a brief check. If this is a recurring issue, ask the operator which other methods it lists — Bonza7, for example, also lists crypto.
First withdrawal slower than expected
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first payout. Submit ID documents during registration — not when you are trying to withdraw. See our fast withdrawal guide for the full KYC checklist.
Withdrawal pending for too long
If a withdrawal shows "Pending" for more than 24 hours, contact the platform's livechat. Common reasons: incomplete KYC, uncleared bonus wagering, or security review on large amounts.
